All reports will be reviewed promptly and treated confidentially. Retaliating against someone who has made a good-faith report is itself a violation of this Code. 10.Enforcement & Consequences
Power House Gaming reserves the right to investigate any reported violations of this Code of Conduct and to take appropriate action. Consequences for violations may include: a formal warning, temporary suspension of your account, permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of winnings or account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where illegal activity is involved. The severity of the action taken will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation. All enforcement decisions made by Power House Gaming are final and binding.
11.Updates to This Code
Power House Gaming reserves the right to update or modify this Code of Conduct at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
